TIR Panoramas
TIR – The Infinite Roll is an ongoing project that revolves around slowing down, repetition, and the choices I make as a photographer within today’s fast-paced visual culture. A recurring challenge in my applied work is selecting a single, definitive photo. This project questions that approach by emphasizing the power of an open-ended creative process with endless possibilities.
Using an almost 100-year-old analog camera, I create a continuous, panorama-like image that reveals more than would be possible by choosing just one shot from hundreds. For me, this panoramic image showcases the versatility of a single subject and gives space to my fascination with exploring multiple facets of the same theme. Additionally, I investigate the element of dynamics by introducing intentional movements of my camera.
